If you need help using the Aspen Parent Portal, please follow the guidelines below to access assistance:

For questions regarding usage, or problems with usernames or passwords, please email Marblehead Schools' Aspen Technical Support.

For questions regarding your child's grades or other information in Aspen, please contact your child's school office.

Use the link below to access a complete user manual for the Aspen Parent and Student Portal. The Parent (called Family Portal) and Student Portal are almost identical. The main differences are the Student Portal users have the ability to add items to their personal calendar and submit assignments and the Family Portal users can update their emegency card information. Follett Software has also created a series of videos and quick reference cards you can access for additional information. Please note: There are features described in the manuals that are not implemented on our Aspen Server. If a tab or option is not visible to you - we have not implemented that feature.
